Kitte has over 40 years of experience in business development and ownership, including real estate development, hotel and restaurant ownership, and hotel and restaurant management. She also spent many years working in government service. Kitte and her husband, Jim, opened Management Recruiters of Tallahassee in 1987.
Jerry is a nationally recognized executive recruiter in the plastics, metals, and composites manufacturing industries. His career spans over 25 years in senior management with emphasis in turning around struggling operations and restoring profitability.

In 1991, Craig’s recruiting career began with Management Recruiters of Tallahassee (MRT) as a part time employee. After two years of extensive training, Craig joined (MRT) full time in June 1993. In 1994, Craig became Management Recruiters International (MRI) “Rookie of the Year” for his region and was ranked in the top 10 Recruiters nationally within (MRI) out of 3,000 Recruiters. Craig was the exclusive recruiting partner that staffed a state of the art plastic injection molding startup plant which made national plastic news in 1994 and 1995 for its innovation. Craig’s had multiple clients over the years named “Processor of the Year” by Plastics News. Craig has a history of obtaining a 3 to 1 send out to placement ratio which means for every three face to face interviews he sets up for a client an offer is extended. This is considered top 10% within Management Recruiters International (MRI) and multiple clients have commended Craig for this accomplishment as it saved them time and interviewing expenses during the interview and vetting process.
Craig has been a “Management Recruiters International (MRI) Pace Setter” year over year for the last 20+ years. Pace Setters within (MRI) achieve their target goal annually and are considered the highest achievers within (MRI). His other achievements include “Management Recruiters International (MRI) Hall of Fame,” “Standard of Excellence,” and multiple national and regional top producer awards. Craig has been asked by (MRI) to help facilitate multiple training events at regional meetings. Craig feels his two greatest achievements to date are one, being a trusted advisor and talent acquisition partner to multiple clients throughout North America in human resources solutions, and two, training/mentoring successful Recruiters. Craig likes to say, “it is my duty and obligation to pass on to others what I’ve been taught by my mentors.” In 2014, Craig became Managing Partner of (MRT) where he collaborates with a team of highly successful Recruiters. Craig continues to perform hands on recruiting as a Managing Partner and 75% of his annual business comes from legacy clients. Some of these legacy clients have partnered with him his entire career. Craig works with the utmost integrity, and his personal motto is General Norman Schwarzkopf’s rule #14, “Do What’s Right.”

Cameron has 7 years of experience in sales, 6 years of experience in management, and served for 3 years as the COO of a lender referral service, giving him both experience in the financial technology and affiliate marketing spaces. He is also a lead broker and is the co-owner of an event production company.
